Force Structure and Condition Accounting

Purpose Computer-aided processes to account structure and condition of forces by requests received from communications channels, ensuring uninterrupted system operation and possible generation and support of temporary groups. Scope The Force Structure and Condition Accounting System is a hardware and software system ensuring setting and adaptation of database of accounted forces for different-type naval systems of strategic, C2, tactical control levels.

Basic functionality:
  • - Computer-aided generation of databases for accounting of force structure and condition in routine and combat modes. List of forces in routine and combat modes can differ.
  • - Reassignment of subordination levels for both individual object and group as a whole.
  • - Deletion of products.
  • - Generation of temporary groups.
  • - Tracking of setting and correction progress for database of force structure and condition accounting within subordinate objects.
  • - Support and updating of database of accounted forces by processed formalized messages
  • - Generation of copies for archive data with database of force structure and condition accounting on portable data media.
  • - Loading of archive data of database of force structure and condition accounting on portable data media.
  • - Setting of classifiers for newly entered objects.
  • - Naming to a particular object having the Force Structure and Condition Accounting System installed.
Hardware platform, computing environment:
  • - The DBMS is Linter-VS, version 6.0.
Customer can select the following hardware:
  • - industrial-purpose or office-grade (Intel-architecture) facilities;
  • - special (Mips-architecture) facilities.
Possible Integration into Consumer’s Environment:

The software is installed/integrated into software of naval systems taking into account their organization.

The adaptation to a particular Navy is performed due to setting of classifiers and databases of the Force Structure and Condition Accounting System for particular Navies and Armed Forces.

Development Environment / Programming Languages - Linux/QT, Kylix.
