Software Suite for Tactical Maneuvering

Purpose Computer-aided navigator’s activity. Scope Computer-aided C2 systems for warships and computer-aided control systems for civil ships.

Basic functionality:
  • - Taking up (saving) of given position relative to maneuvering object in the shortest (given) time.
  • - Closing with (passing from) maneuvering object for given distance in the shortest (given) time.
  • - Change to given bearing (azimuth) of maneuvering object in the shortest (given) time.
  • - Change of distance to maneuvering object at constant bearing (azimuth) value of maneuvering object.
  • - Intersection of maneuvering-object course at maximum bow distance or at minimum astern distance.
  • - Change to given position at given course and speed taking into account effect of external environment and maneuver parameters.
